Our unique reversible frames accommodate both 2" and 5/4" decking that rests on top of sturdy support structures. You can build your own decking or order it from us in custom cut pre-assembled sections.

Southern Yellow Pine

Our Southern Yellow Pine Decking is made with premium lumber that is AcQ treated (without arsenic) and kiln dried to prevent cracking and warping. Panels are made from 5/4 x 6 inch stock and are available in 4x4, 2x6, and 2x8 foot sizes that easily drop into our dock frames. Treated pine is recommended for installations with heavy traffic such as municipal docks and for a cost saving alternative for residential applications.It is a strong durable product, but it does not have many of the desirable qualities of our cedar or Nexwood.

Cedar

Our Cedar Decking is made with premium (architect grade) western red cedar. Unlike incense cedar (used by many dock makers) western red is reknowned for its natural beauty, rot resistence and durability. Panels are made from 5/4 x 6 inch stock and are available in 4x4, 2x6, and 2x8 foot sizes that easily drop into our dock frames.

Cedar is the most popular choice for marine decking and is a better long term value than pine. But, for a completely splinter proof and slip resistant alternative to wood, we recommend our recycled composite lumber called Nexwood.

Nexwood™

Our Nexwood Decking is a composite lumber made from recycled plastic milk bottles and cellulose derived from biproducts of the U.S. and Canadian rice industry.It is an attractive and extremely durable product that will outlast any natural lumber.It is completely rot resistant, splinter-proof and flame retardant. It has a slip resistant surface and weighs less than other composites on the market. Nexwood arrives from the factory in a light brown (natural cedar) color and weathers to a driftwood gray. Our decking panels are made from 2 x 6 inch stock cleated together with marine grade aluminum supports. Panels are available in 4x4, 2x6, and 2x8 foot sizes that neatly drop into our dock frames.

We recommend Nexwood over all of our other decking. It costs almost twice as much as cedar, but it lasts much longer and carries a 20 year manufacturer's warranty.

Sheerline®

Our Sheerline Decking incorporates the excellent weathering properties of U.V. stabilized high-impact PVC into a unique, one-piece, interlocking extruded profile. Panels are made from 2 x 12 inch boards joined together with marine grade aluminum supports. The panels come in the color gray and are available in 4x4, 2x6, and 2x8 foot sizes that easily drop into our dock frames. This decking is extremely light-weight, requires virtually no maintenance, and features and aggressive non-slip surface. It is offered in the color gray.
